A quick recap of July.

With July in our rear-view mirror and Leo season fully upon us, what better time to check in on our thrilling accomplishments in the last month and learn about upcoming opportunities to shine? But first, we want to wish you all a happy belated International Non-Binary People’s Day (July 14th) and to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (July 26th)!

Si te pierdes de una sesión en vivo, no te preocupes: hemos grabado cada clase y estos videos se publican en nuestra plataforma para que les participantes puedan volver a verlos en cualquier momento.

Team Highlight: Gabby Reeve, MPP

In June we put out a call for our first ever remote admin position. We were blown away by the enthusiasm and support of our community. This month our Team Highlight is our new admin, Gabby!

And now on to August!

White supremacy continues to cause harm all around us. Anti-racism “is not a moment, it’s a movement”. Consider continuing the work of this movement by supporting Black and Pink, “a national prison abolitionist organization dedicated to abolishing the criminal punishment system and liberating LGBTQIA2S+ people and people living with HIV/AIDS who are affected by that system through advocacy, support, and organizing.” Visit their website to learn about your local chapter, Black and Pink events and programs, or make a donation.
