Lisa Lack was born in Germany and moved to the USA in 2015. She studied Management Science at Cass Business School in London and wrote her Bachelor's thesis on using mathematical models for real-world situations. After her graduation, Lisa briefly entertained the possibility of becoming a Rabbi and became a Fellow at Padeia, a Jewish Research Institute in Stockholm, Sweden. After realizing that she missed working with data, Lisa returned to England and consulted pharmaceutical companies on hiring decisions for mathematical programming and data analytics projects. When Lisa met her husband, a born-and-bred Texan, she decided to move to the US and back to university. She completed her master's degree in Accounting at St. Edwards University and started working for the Texas Legislature as an Auditor and Fraud Examiner. After her son was born in December 2016, she became a stay-at-home mom.

Lisa loves anything involving accounting, numbers, and spreadsheets, and enjoys using these skills on the UNHUSHED board.
